NOTE: Appraisals performed on residential properties which require extensive use of narrative or exhibit other unusual characteristics such as distinctive architecture, sparse population, resort, vacation, acreage, larger home, etc., will be invoiced on a per quote basis. Appraisal fees for properties with values which exceed $500,000 will be handled on a per quote basis.
