November 18August 4 eappraise staff Appraisal, payment term

Appraisal fees are collected in advance and are due 4 business days before inspection date.

Payment can be made by Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or GooglePay. For PayPal payment, a $50 PayPal fee will be included to the appraisal fee. We currently do not accept checks or cash.

Established clients will continue with their prior arrangements.
