Real Estate Public Records

The real property database provides online access to real property information that was formerly available through manual searches. It provides assessed values and physical characteristics extracted from official assessment records for residential and commercial properties around the country by county. A number of states and counties provide Geographic Information Systems (GIS) maps online for free whereby one can view extensive data about the selected area. Search for a real property’s tax information, assessed value, zoning, sale information, land and utilities, building description and more. 1000+ online records available here. Due to some States facing budget cuts, some of these online services may become unavailable. This list does not get updated regularly (last update: 1/2016). To help us keep this site current, please report dead links.
